It's Been A While *in the tune of that Staind song*

Since I last posted here, the world went through (and is still going through) a pandemic. Yikes.

Some more “since I last posted'":

  • I wrote a poem that I turned into a song and within a bit over a month, with the help of my friend Nicolas (Chaka), it was recorded, produced, mixed, and available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube, etc.

  • I moved out of Lima and back to Florida

  • Completed a transformational training

  • Adopted a cat

  • Moved to North Carolina

  • Adopted a puppy

  • Created, alongside 8 other incredible humans, a mutual aid group focused on opening community fridges around the Durham, NC area

  • Entered a short story contest and was given an “honorable mention” (the story can be found in the Portfolio page on this site)

  • Got some more tattoos

  • Started dancing again (ballet, contemporary)

  • Was cast in the studios Spring 2023 show and danced in 2 of the pieces

….I’ll stop there…for now.
